Bush to visit China for Olympic ceremony

Germany News.Net
Thursday 3rd July, 2008

US President George Bush has said he will attend the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics.

The White House has announced he will also visit South Korea and Thailand as part of the trip.

It is believed Mr Bush and his wife, Laura, will also meet Chinese President Hu Jintao as part of their visit.

Human rights groups and opposition politicians had urged Mr Bush to consider boycotting the ceremony due to China’s recent suppression of Tibetan protestors.

Several world leaders have considered a boycott of the 8th August opening ceremony due to Beijing's actions.

President Bush has always maintained that the Olympics are a sporting spectacle and should not be politicised.

Bush to visit China for Olympic ceremony

The trip to China, looks more like the lil pundit is going to Shanghai, at the Taxpayer expense, to pick out his 1000000 Dollar Carlyle Paid For House!

One of 100 such houses the Carlye Group bribed to purchase, as foreign ownership is illegal. And of course bribing business is illegal in a foreign country is illegal under US Law. The lil pundit has Protected Carlyle while Other US Corporate Executives just went to jail for the same Offense!

A retirement gift, no doubt!
